Riding and Camping at Pigeon River

Pigeon River is about a 45 minute drive East of Gaylord,Michigan. It has over 92,000 acres. There are over a dozen camp sites scattered along Tin Shanty Rd, Hardwood Lake Road and Chandler Dam Road. There is wild life galore with many Elk viewing areas. I’ve seen Elk just about every time I’ve gone riding. I’ve seen a ton of other wild life also….
